I saw Zooey for the first time in the movie Elf. I loved the confident and sassy character with a tough exterior and a tender heart. Her eyes are a window to her soul, which is beautiful. I did not know she was a vocalist until the shower scene. Unbelieveable voice! Her delivery is so natural, yet smooth that she has become one of my favorites, with some other great vocalists such as Jewel, Christina Agulara, Whitney Houston, Diana Krall and Dean Martin's chorus singers.
